Normal amount of proteins and vitamins got with a food during the childhood and youth defines the correct and harmonic shape of a figure. Influence of pollutions and mineral salts can spoil processes of normal organism development and cause the fragility of bones, small height and other problems.

Last 50 years provoked a growth of life conditions and at this time was researched a phenomena named acceleration – increase of the size of human body. During this decades the average height of Slavonic nations in the whole and Ukrainian women as a part of them increased in 2 inches. It is official data of statistics. And this process works in nowadays – some Ukrainian girls who was born in 90th and 00th are tall.

Requirements for work in the model agencies in Russia now claim the lowest height for Russian girls as 175 cm or 5.64 ft.

Normal height for Russian women fluctuates from 155 to 175 cm. It’s average normal proved with scientific researches height. Russian women looks harmonically and nicely.
